WE’RE BACK!

Come see us this weekend at Taste of Polonia

We’ll be showing films over the span of all four nights of Taste of Polonia, which runs from Friday September 3rd through Monday September 6th. Taste of Polonia is the largest ethnic festival in Chicago.

We’ll be screening an array of new and exciting films added to our lineup. In addition to our 2 shorts programs, we’ll be highlighting Polish filmmaker Alina Szpak, screening a documentary on the fascinating Czech Legion that graced the front pages of the Chicago Reader, as well as screening Brandon Wetherbee’s film The Shuffle.

Festival is Almost Here!

Getting all the submissions in by the deadline has made getting in touch with all our great film and video makers has been a way to make a deeper connection with all involved. Well Slept Film Fest is excited about getting creating a real platform for these and other over looked artists that reside in Chicago. Thanks to the Jeff Fest Organizers, we are able to really make a difference and have fun too!

Chicago Area Film/Video Makers!

Well Slept Film Fest is proud to make the most of our great pool of Chicago Area Film/Video Makers by providing them the forum of the historic Copernicus Foundation’s Gateway Theater. As part of the Jefferson Park Summer Festival, Well Slept Film finds itself being supported and encouraged by the surrounding area and as all Film/Video Makers make their way to getting the word out about the event, the excitement has been welcomed!
